10 mos. old and so many new tricks!

Genevieve was 10 mos. old on the 14th. Where has the time gone!?! I look down at her lately and realize I am on the verge of having a toddler instead of an infant. In a lot of ways it makes me sad to see her grow so quickly. She is the perfect illustration of how fast life goes by. But, on the other hand, she is soooo much fun these days. I was writing in her baby book last night and was amazed at all the changes this past month. So, just to name a few.....

1. She has an enormous vocabulary, consisting of three very important words :), Da Da, Dog, and (my personal favorite) Ma Ma.
2. She took her first step the day she turned 10 mos. and last night took a whopping 7 steps!
3. She has cut 4 new teeth....bringing her grand total up to 6.
4. She spent the night away from Mommy for the first time, (This one is probably more a milestone for me than her :)
5. And lastly, but very importantly, she made it all the way to Auburn in the car without crying! Wish me luck this week when I drive her to the beach without K.
