Genevieve Marie joined us on Friday (5/14/2010) at 7:18am! She was 5lbs 6oz and 19inches long. As you can see from the pictures, she is a perfect, beautiful little girl, who will never have a boyfriend because her daddy will develop an uncanny timing for when the guns should be cleaned and displayed for her visitors to see.
We had the privilege of bringing her home on Sunday. She is sleeping well, eating well and is starting to gain some weight (after the first couple of days). Because she was a little early (37 weeks, 3 days), she has a little jaundice, so she is on the "glow worm" for a few days. She's tough and will be out in a day or so.
Marie is doing well, and is enjoying every minute.
