Spring Fever

I have a serious case of spring fever! And, from the looks of the Botanical Gardens on Saturday, so does a lot of the greater Birmingham area. It was packed...but 'oh so pleasant' none the less. I took Genevieve strolling and she absolutely loved being outside and watching all the people. She gets that from me, I swear I could people watch for hours. I tried to snap a couple of photographs of her next to the only thing blooming, the cherry trees. Their pink flowers are always the first signs of spring. I get so excited when I see them every year, because it means the cold, gray days of winter are almost gone.
